THE MESOLIFT
Grislaine Beilin, MD
The mesolift is a variation of technique called mesotherapythat was invented by Doctor Pistor more than 20 years ago. Itis based on local injection of micronutrients aimed at stimula-tion and renewal of aging skin cells.
Indications
The treatment improves skin hydration and smoothes thefine wrinkles. The primary action is related to stimulation ofcellular and mitochondrial activity by introduction of micro-nutrients, vitamins, oligo elements, nucleotides, hyaluronic acidand other products. The process also activates intercellular exchanges and improves local metabolism. Multiple mesolift treatments stimulate fibroblasts and in turn increase collagen production.
The treatment is not aimed at pigment disorders like hypo orhyper pigmentation, vascular disorders, blotches or telangiectasia.
The mesolift is indicated for any age and it can be done ona 25 year old female model, as well as on a 60 year old woman. It can be used on the face, neck and hands.
Mesolift is a part of total ageing treatment strategy alongwith fillers injections, peeling, laser, IPL, botulinum toxin and others.

MESOLIFT TREATMENT - THE MICROINJECTIONS FACIAL MESOTHERAPY
Patrícia Guedes Rittes, MD
Mesotherapy is a simple concept, whose objective is to deliver specific targeted medications closer to the area of pa-thology. It was first developed and described by Dr. Michel Pistor. The process is an allopathic method that utilizes intradermic as well as subcutaneous mini-doses of injectable medications.
Mesolift is a mesotherapy treatment specifically designed for skin regeneration and revitalization. The treatment uses a super dose of vitamins and minerals to revitalize tired skin, replenish nutrients and it also helps repair sun damaged skin.
Mesolift therapy does not require surgery and “down-time”. Patients may return to their daily routine immediately. Treatment consists of a series of micro-injections with a pool of vitamins (A,E,C,D,B,K) which provide an anti-deficiency function; amino-acids that allow better protein construction; minerals that guarantee the ionic balance of the medium; coenzymes to activate the biochemical reaction and nucleic acids to stimulate synthesis of the derma and thereby restructure the entire tissue. Those elements all together can revitalize andtighten loose skin in the face and neck area.

MESOGLOW & MESOLIFT TO REJUVENATE FACIAL SKIN
Patricia Frisari, MD, Raúl Pinto, MD
Clinically, older skin is characterized by a yellowish color, flaking and wrinkles. Loss of skin elasticity starts to bemore visible in our late twenties as the production of elastic fibers and collagen begins to decrease. Other changes include diminished blood circulation, lower oxygen consumption, and reduction in superficial adipose tissue.
The face and neck mesotherapy treatment we proposeis different from other types of treatment like laser, botulinum toxin, facial thread, implants or plastic surgery. The final treatment outcome results in younger looking, rejuvenated and shining skin with much lesser wrinkle lines.
For every treatment we use formulation of hyaluronic acid and neutral 1% procaine. Hyaluronic acid is a glycosami-noglycan (GAG) is an essential component of extra cellularmatrix and forms a strong net by uniting with protoglycans. Its water retaining abilities are essential for proper skin toneand elasticity.
The treatment is based on weekly mesotherapy sessions (using nappage technique) for a period of 2-3 months and then monthly maintenance treatments.
