I began Mesotherapy Worldwide Online in 2005 with the vision of creating a place where physicians, teachers, manufacturers, suppliers & patients could meet and share information about the growing medical speciality of Mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy has so rapidly developed globally and as a result, it ihas been surrounded by much contradiction and confusion. Semantics, heresay and limited research and support has amplified this and I felt the need to attempt to develop and assit the growth of this very effective treatment.

There is much overwhelming conflicting information, inadequate training programs and uneducated advice being introduced in this field of medicine and I felt it was necessary to attempt to assist physicians and patients in making the most efficient and effective choices regarding Mesotherapy.

Mesotherapy Worldwide is committed to the research, development and continued growth of this field of medicine on a global level. We, with the help of practitioners and industry leaders worldwide, endeavour to create an online prescence that is credible, informative and resourceful.

Mesotherapy Worldwide (MW) strives to ensure you as our valued customer is satisfied with the product, price and quality of any products ordered with us.  

MW ensures that all orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt should stock be available. If MW cannot fulfill orders within this 48 hour time frame the customer will be notified in writing of the delay and advised of the expected delivery of goods ordered.

MW will aupply the necessary documents and information for all govermental bodies and customs departments of each country, however cannot be help responsible for any delays in customs.

You must be able to use theses devices subject to your national and state medical regulations in order to purchase them. If you have questions about legal obligations regarding sales or purchase of medical devices and products, you should consult with your government authorities. MW is not be responsible for the regulation of the products supplied in all countries worldwide.

BEFORE you return ANY goods please contact Sarah James at orders@mesotherapyworldwide.com - This is essential so that we can best advise you where to return the goods and also the ESSENTIAL information for CUSTOMS so that you will not incur any penalties relating to the regulations for the CUSTOMS of each country.

RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES

1. It is the responsibility of the customer for return shipping items to MW. This must be done by a trackable service: EMS, FedEx, UPS...

2. All returns must be accompanied by the original tax invoice and a accompanying note that indicates the reason for return.

3. The warranty card (if applicable) must be present and not filled out.

4. The packaging must be as it was when the parcel was delivered to you.

5. All returns must meet an inspection to be accepted.
